The NEW DESIGN OF TOPS in BUSAY, CEBU CITY receives and award from 2023 Best Commercial Building Architecture Design during the 2023 Asia Architecture Design Awards.
The design and the new TOPS will showcase more of the Beauty of Cebu and is expected to be flooded with tourists once completed.

ABOUT TOPS ( Terrace on Peak )
Tops Cebu is a popular tourist attraction in the Busay district of Cebu City. It is a viewpoint located at an elevation of 2,000 feet above sea level, offering panoramic views of the city, Mandaue, and Lapu-Lapu.
The name "Tops" is short for "Terrace on Peak". It was built in the 1960s by the Philippine Tourism Authority as a rest stop for motorists. Today, it is a popular spot for tourists and locals alike to enjoy the views, have a picnic, or watch the sunset.
