The Cebu City Government has unveiled the initial and official roster of contingents for Sinulog 2026, reflecting strong participation from across the country as well as from local barangays, schools, and various towns and cities in Cebu Province.
As of December 1, 2025, a diverse mix of out-of-town, provincial, guest, and Cebu City based contingents has confirmed their participation in next year’s grand festival.

Mayor Nestor Archival welcomed the enthusiastic participation from communities nationwide, saying the growing number of contingents underscores Cebu City’s enduring role as a cultural hub of the Philippines.
“Sinulog is more than a festival, it is a celebration of our identity, unity, and devotion to Señor Sto. Niño. We thank all contingents for joining Cebu City in keeping this tradition alive,” Mayor Archival said.
Further announcements regarding schedules, routes, and logistical preparations for Sinulog 2026 will be released in coordination with the Sinulog Foundation.
