Halad Sa Pagtuo 2026 marks the official grand launching and introduction of a new province-wide festival that celebrates Cebu’s rich faith, culture, traditions, artistry, and vibrant festival spirit.
This year’s celebration is NOT A COMPETITION. Instead, it serves as the beginning of a new tradition that will unite festivals and communities from across the Province of Cebu.
The participating festivals of 2026 will be recognized as the pioneering participants of Halad Sa Pagtuo and will be formally introduced during this year’s Grand Launching.
As we look ahead, Halad Sa Pagtuo 2027 will mark the beginning of the much-anticipated province-wide festival competition.

More than a celebration of festivals, Halad Sa Pagtuo 2026 is also a gathering of faith, devotion, heritage, and tradition.
Joining the festival participants are the Carozza of various cities and municipalities across the Province of Cebu, bringing together communities in a meaningful expression of Cebuano faith and religious heritage.
From the colorful and energetic festival performances to the solemn beauty of the Carozza, this grand gathering will highlight the diverse culture, deep-rooted traditions, and unwavering faith of the people of Cebu.
It is a celebration where faith meets culture, tradition meets artistry, and communities come together as one Cebu.
