Two Cebu Universities Tops Bar Exam 2013 - UC, USC

University of Cebu and University of San Carlos among the top 10 of Bar Exam 2013 passers. Tercel Maria G. Mercado-Gephart of University of San Carlos is in 5th Place and got 83.90% rate and Manuel Elijah J. Sarausad of University of Cebu is in 6th Place and got 83.80% rate.

The Top 10 are:

2nd Place: Mark Xavier D. Oyales from University of the Philippines
and Dianna Louise R. Wilwayco from Ateneo de Manila University, 85.45%

3rd Place: Rudy V. Ortea, University of Batangas, 84.20%

4th Place Eden Catherine B. Mopia, University of the Philippines, 84.05%
