It's a sad day for the people of Cebu as the Cebu City Mayor Edgardo Labella has passed away early dawn of Friday 

Cebu City Mayor Edgardo Labella passed away a little past 3 a.m. on Friday, November 19, 2021, the mayor’s brother, Jojo, and Vice Mayor Michael Rama confirmed to The Freeman. 

He was 70.
